Attempt to "jailbreak" or bypass safety measures in AI systems
Use AI features to make decisions in high-stakes domains (medical, legal, financial) without appropriate human oversight

3.4 Commercial Misuse

Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use our services to build a competing product
Sublicense access to our services to third parties
Use our services on behalf of third parties without proper authorization

4. Network and Security

You must not:

Conduct denial-of-service attacks or other actions intended to disrupt services
Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through our services
Distribute malware or engage in phishing activities
Intercept or monitor data or traffic without authorization
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise origin

5. Account Responsibilities

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring that users you invite comply with this AUP

If you are an organization, you are responsible for your employees', contractors', and agents' use of our services under your account.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us at hello@peppercrest.com. We investigate reported violations and take appropriate action.

7. Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP
Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
Report violations to law enforcement if we believe illegal activity has occurred

We will attempt to notify you before taking action against your account, except where:

We are legally prohibited from doing so
Immediate action is necessary to protect our services, users, or third parties
Notice would compromise an investigation

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
